1. Purpose of the Service
STYL is a technological suite operating as a SaaS (Software as a Service). It provides independent and high-end salons with integrated booking portals, live business analytics, and Musa AI (a conversational virtual consultant trained to intelligently automate appointment allocation & management).
2. Financial Conditions & Subscriptions
Applicable rates and subscription modes (STYL Solo / Premium) are clearly exposed on our corporate website. Subscriptions are billed on recurring monthly periods and will auto-renew upon expiration, unless the Client decides to cancel in their Control Panel prior to the last 24 hours of the ongoing cycle. No retroactive refunds or prorating are contemplated.
3. Technological Limitation of Liability
STYL provides automated tools based on AI models and Cloud SQL storage. Although we apply rigorous testing and high availability standards, the Client assumes and accepts that conversational AI interactions may contain inaccuracies, false positives, or reading errors in complex agendas.
THNDR Technologies assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect business losses, lost profits, mass customer cancellations, or backend failures resulting from third-party server downtime (GCP, Firebase). Maximum compensation for proven billing failures will be strictly limited to the sum of the monthly fees paid by the Client during the preceding 12 months.
4. Account Cancellation
The client can cancel their service at any instant with a single click. Access to their custom booking portal and control console will remain in force until the natural conclusion of their paid monthly period, at which point the account will be paused and profiles kept in safe temporary storage according to our data retention policy.
