RecipientsSecure servers within the European Union. No data is transferred to third parties under any circumstances outside the service, nor are databases commercialized.

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (B2B / DPA)

For the optimal provision of the SaaS service, STYL stores and processes contact data of salon customers (names, phones, appointment history). Under GDPR directives, the salon acts as the Data Controller and STYL as the Data Processor.

STYL is contractually bound to process end-customer data solely and exclusively for the purpose of automating the Client's booking agenda and sending transactional notices, applying symmetric encryption on sensitive columns and automatic history erasure at the controller's request.
